Final Meeting of the SPADATAS Project Held in Maribor, Slovenia

The final transnational meeting of the SPADATAS project took place on 13–14 March 2025 in Maribor, Slovenia, hosted by the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at the University of Maribor. This two-day event marked a significant milestone in the culmination of a three-year collaboration among the project partners.

During the meeting, the consortium engaged in final reflections on the project’s results, focusing especially on the outcomes of the pilot activities carried out with teachers and students, as well as the final version of the Handbook of Good Practices. The discussions provided an opportunity to share the lessons learned and to evaluate the impact of the project’s resources on data literacy and critical thinking in education.

Special attention was given to the sustainability of the SPADATAS platform and its open educational resources, with partners outlining future strategies for dissemination and integration into national contexts. The team also reviewed the quality assurance and final reporting tasks to ensure the project’s successful closure.

The meeting concluded with a visit to local educational institutions and a cultural tour of Maribor, strengthening the ties among partners and celebrating the achievements of the SPADATAS project.
